1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms govern access to the Tianji Indicators website, account system, MT5 indicators, connectors, digital content, subscriptions, trials and related support. “Operator” means the actual entity identified here: Hong Kong Tianji Software Limited; registered address: Unit B53, 2/F, Kwai Shing Industrial Building Phase 1, 36-40 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.; governing law / jurisdiction: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People’s Republic of China. Order creation remains subject to the site-wide commerce gate, product delivery readiness and payment-system readiness.

2. Software and Technology Service Only

Tianji Indicators provides general-purpose software, technical indicators, data computation and visualisation, software licences, updates and software-related technical support. We do not accept or manage client trading funds, place or execute orders for users, contract with brokers or exchanges on a user’s behalf, provide account or asset custody, asset management, brokerage, order matching, a securities/futures/FX/virtual-asset trading venue, lending, yield products or guaranteed returns.

Lines, values, alerts, signals, scores, colours and other outputs are general software results generated from algorithm configurations predefined and managed by the platform on its servers. Users cannot modify Tianji Indicators’ core algorithm parameters. The outputs are not tailored to a specific person’s assets, objectives, financial needs or risk tolerance and are not personalised recommendations to buy, sell, hold, size, leverage or stop-loss any financial product.

3. Eligibility and Territory

You must have legal capacity to enter the contract where you live. Do not use a feature where applicable law prohibits the relevant tool or payment method. We may restrict territories or features for legal, compliance, security or commercial reasons.

4. Account Security

Keep passwords, email access, MT5 binding information and connector tokens secure. Accounts and licences may not be shared, rented, resold or used to bypass authorisation controls.

5. Trials and Subscriptions

New users receive a free seven-day trial licence for all currently published indicators without payment. The seven-day clock starts on the first successful MT licence activation, and all indicators in the trial bundle share the same expiry. Indicators published during an active trial may join the same remaining trial window; they do not start a new seven-day period. Paid subscriptions remain licensed per named indicator and term, and buying one indicator does not automatically unlock other indicators.

6. Licence and Intellectual Property

During a valid entitlement you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive personal-use licence. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, you may not crack, bypass server validation, copy core algorithms, scrape at scale, resell, sublicense or assist circumvention of technical protection.

7. Payments

The asset, network, amount and address shown at checkout are the only payment instructions for that order. Footer network marks do not mean every network is enabled. Digital-asset payments are also governed by the Payment Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, destructive, unauthorised, security-bypassing or payment-avoidance activity is prohibited.

9. Changes and Availability

We may maintain or reasonably change the software for security, compatibility, legal, performance or product-development reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted, delay-free or permanent compatibility with every broker, network, device or third-party service.

10. Third Parties

MT5, brokers, email/security providers, hosting, blockchains, exchanges and wallets are operated by third parties. Their outages, policies, fees, quotes, execution or restrictions are outside our direct control.

11. No Investment Advice or Return Guarantee

Software outputs, signals, screenshots, examples, backtests, historical results, cases, rankings, reviews, tutorials and support explanations are for software demonstration or education. They are not investment advice, trading instructions, solicitation, personalised recommendations or promises of return. Users independently decide whether and how to trade, including their own position sizing, leverage, stop-loss and other account-level risk controls; users cannot modify Tianji Indicators’ core algorithm parameters.

12. Responsibility Boundaries

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are responsible only where the law makes us responsible. We are not responsible for losses caused by market movements, independent user decisions, user trading-account or terminal settings, or third-party execution, market data, networks, devices, MT5, wallets, exchanges or blockchains outside our control. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that law does not allow to be excluded.

13. Suspension and Termination

Features may be suspended or terminated for security threats, fraud, infringement, licence circumvention, unlawful use or material breach, with a reasonable support or appeal channel where practicable.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

The applicable law and dispute forum depend on the legally published operator, transaction facts and mandatory law applicable to the user. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Parties should first attempt resolution through the ticket or published written contact channel.

15. Electronic Records

You agree to receive order, verification, security, service and contractual notices electronically. Electronic confirmations, versions, order/payment records and system logs may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Versions and Languages

Material changes will be versioned and dated and important terms will be highlighted where reasonably required. Chinese is the primary text; translations are provided for convenience and remain subject to mandatory applicable law.

17. Indicator Rental, Timing and Renewal

“Rental”, “monthly rental” and “subscription” mean a time-limited licence to use the named indicator. They do not transfer ownership of software, algorithms or intellectual property, constitute an investment product or deposit, or include other paid indicators. The newcomer free trial is not a paid order: it runs for seven days from the first successful MT licence activation and covers the published indicators in that trial bundle, with one shared expiry. Current paid plans run for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days; the confirmed order and licence record specify the product, fee and term. Initial paid access starts when payment is confirmed. Renewal of an active paid licence for the same indicator extends from the later of its expiry and payment confirmation.

Payments are prepaid orders initiated by the user. We do not automatically debit wallets or trading accounts. Choosing not to renew incurs no next-period software fee; non-use does not automatically pause an active term. Expiry may stop indicator functions or update access, but never authorises us to operate your trading account. Enterprise, team, multi-account or redistribution use needs a separate written agreement.

18. Delivery, Compatibility and Material Changes

Before purchase, check supported platform versions, operating systems, broker servers, connectivity and installation requirements; use an available trial to test compatibility. Delivery and support follow the product page and confirmed order. Material reductions, discontinuation or changes affecting paid entitlements will be notified through reasonable channels with remedies required by law. A change-of-service clause does not exclude statutory duties.

19. Actual Activities and Mandatory Rights

Legal classification depends on actual functionality, promotion, customer relationships and applicable law. These descriptions are not a licence, regulatory approval or exemption. We operate software licensing and technical support only where lawful. No liability, dispute or refund term excludes mandatory consumer, data-protection or other non-waivable rights.

1. Scope and Principles

This Policy explains how Tianji Indicators processes personal information when providing software accounts, licensing, orders, payment reconciliation, support and security. We apply legality, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and data-minimisation principles and comply with mandatory data-protection law that applies to the actual operator, processing activity and user.

2. Data We Process

Data may include display name, email, account and verification records, IP address and User-Agent, successful/failed account login history, coarse country/region/city information when supplied by a trusted proxy or CDN, and—only after the user explicitly grants browser permission—device-reported latitude, longitude, accuracy and an optional human-readable address produced by a configured reverse-geocoding provider (currently OpenStreetMap Nominatim by default). Precise location is used for account-security audit and not as identity proof or payment ownership. Security logs, MT5 login and broker server, orders and subscriptions, payment network/address/transaction hash, support communications, reviews, device/basic access events, cookies and local-storage preferences. We do not ask for wallet private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords or bank-card passwords.

3. Purposes

We use necessary data for registration and authentication, software licensing and MT5 binding, order creation and payment reconciliation, anti-fraud and security, technical support, troubleshooting, dispute handling, service improvement, and other uses required by law or validly consented to.

4. Sharing and Processors

Necessary data may be shared with contracted hosting/infrastructure, email, security-verification, payment-reconciliation, professional advisers or legally authorised authorities only to the extent needed. Selling user personal information is not our business model. Public blockchain data may be visible to anyone.

5. International Processing

Infrastructure or service providers may operate in different jurisdictions. We use reasonable contractual, access-control and security measures and, where required, an applicable lawful cross-border transfer mechanism.

6. Security

We use measures such as access control, password hashing, protected sessions, CSRF defence, human verification, privilege separation and audit logging. No system can promise absolute security; where required by applicable law, affected users or authorities will be notified of relevant incidents.

7. Retention

Information is retained only as needed for service delivery, security, financial records, disputes and applicable legal obligations, then deleted, anonymised or lawfully archived. Retention periods may differ by data category.

7A. Login Security History, Location Accuracy and Retention

To detect abnormal access, account sharing, fraud and security incidents, we record successful logins and failed login attempts against known registered accounts, including time, source IP and User-Agent. An IP address does not reveal an exact home address. Country, region or city-level location is shown only when explicitly supplied by a trusted reverse proxy/CDN. After a successful login, the site may separately request browser geolocation permission. Only when the user explicitly allows it do we record device-reported coordinates and accuracy; coordinates may be sent to a reverse-geocoding service to produce a readable address. Refusing location does not block login. Device location can be affected by system settings, spoofing, VPN/proxy use and Wi-Fi/GPS conditions, so we display the reported accuracy and do not treat it as a verified residential address, identity credential or payment-ownership signal. Login-security event metadata such as time, IP, User-Agent and coarse region is normally retained for no more than 365 days. Precise coordinates, reported accuracy, reverse-geocoded addresses and associated precise-coordinate cache entries created after explicit permission are retained for no more than 30 days by default, after which the system automatically clears the precise-location fields while retaining the necessary security event. Longer preservation for a specific security incident, dispute, abuse investigation or legal obligation must use a separate controlled incident/legal-hold process rather than extending the general precise-location retention period.

7B. MT5 and Version Telemetry

If an authorised indicator or connector later implements heartbeat/version reporting, we may process the licensed MT5 login, broker server, irreversible terminal/device hashes, connector version, indicator version, online/last-heartbeat time and necessary security state for licence validation, update notices, compatibility support and abuse prevention. Until real indicator heartbeat integration exists, we do not represent unknown status as online or invent an installed indicator version.

8. Your Rights

Where applicable law grants them, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent-based processing, or lodge a data complaint. Legally required records, anti-fraud logs and dispute evidence may need to be retained.

9. Marketing

Non-essential marketing will use any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law. Order, security, verification, licence and service notices are transactional communications needed to provide the service.

10. Minors

The Services are not intended for people who cannot independently enter the relevant digital-service contract under their local law.

11. Third Parties and Public Ledgers

MT5, brokers, wallets, exchanges, blockchains and security providers have their own privacy practices. Confirmed public-blockchain data may be permanently visible and cannot be removed by us.

12. Contact and Complaints

Privacy requests can be submitted through the published support email or Help Center ticket system. This Policy does not restrict any right to complain to a competent data-protection or consumer authority under applicable law.

13. Security Processing and Optional Analytics

Processing necessary for login, licensing, security audit, abuse prevention and order fulfilment is distinct from optional visit analytics. Optional analytics are off by default; a browser visitor identifier and page-path/heartbeat reports begin only after permission. URL query parameters are not reported. Permission can be withdrawn through the Privacy settings in the Legal, Account or Product page footer, stopping future analytics and removing the browser analytics identifier. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing; requests about historical records remain subject to applicable rights and retention duties.

1. Trading Risk

FX, CFDs, futures, securities, digital assets and other markets can cause substantial losses. Leverage magnifies gains and losses and, depending on product and account terms, losses may reach all invested capital or create additional obligations.

2. Indicators Are Not Guarantees

Indicators, signals, strategies, probabilities, scores and risk prompts may be wrong, delayed or ineffective in particular market conditions and do not promise profit.

3. Historical and Backtested Results

Backtests, screenshots, case studies and reviews do not predict future results and may not fully include spreads, slippage, fees, liquidity, rejections or execution delays.

4. Technology and Third Parties

Servers, networks, MT5, brokers, APIs, devices, operating systems and data feeds can fail or become delayed. Do not rely on one technical system as your only risk control.

5. Configuration

Incorrect symbols, timeframes, parameters, timezones, broker servers, account bindings or connector settings can create unexpected results.

6. Market and Liquidity

News, gaps, extreme volatility, illiquidity, closures and broker price differences can affect signals and execution.

7. Digital-Asset Payment

USDT and other digital assets involve confirmation, fees, congestion, stablecoin, exchange, address and network-selection risks. Wrong-chain or wrong-address transfers may be irreversible.

8. Independent Decisions

Assess suitability based on your own finances, experience and risk tolerance and obtain qualified professional advice when needed. Use only capital you can afford to lose.

1. Digital Services

Tianji Indicators provides digital software, licensing and subscriptions on a per-indicator basis. Each order covers only the product named at checkout. Refund eligibility depends on order status, activation, download/use, whether the service was delivered and any mandatory consumer law.

2. Trials

The seven-day newcomer trial requires no payment, so there is no trial fee to refund. It is intended for compatibility and basic evaluation and does not start until the first successful MT licence activation. Once activated, all indicators in the trial bundle share the same seven-day expiry. If we cannot provide the trial service normally for reasons attributable to us, we may repair, extend the trial or provide another reasonable remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Contact support promptly if an unused subscription has not been activated or downloaded. Used digital services are generally not refundable merely because a user is dissatisfied, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Service Failure

Reasonably fixable installation, network, MT5, broker or device issues will normally be troubleshot first. If the core service cannot reasonably be delivered, we may extend service, remedy the issue or refund as appropriate.

5. USDT Refunds

Approved on-chain refunds may require the original transaction hash, order number and a verified receiving address. Network fees, exchange-rate changes and third-party fees may not be reimbursed.

6. Wrong Network, Asset or Address

Transfers through unsupported networks or to wrong addresses/assets are not guaranteed recoverable. Reasonable actual recovery costs may apply where recovery is technically possible.

7. Mandatory Rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable remedies or consumer rights under applicable mandatory law.

8. Requests and Handling

Submit the order number, registered email, payment network and transaction hash, reason and necessary fault screenshots through a support ticket or the published email. We verify payment and actual delivery before explaining the proposed resolution, and should explain reasonable delays awaiting information or third-party checks. Never send passwords, verification codes, private keys or recovery phrases. Approved refunds require verification of the recipient, address and supported network. Any proposed deduction of actual costs must be explained in advance and comply with mandatory law.

9. Statutory Withdrawal, Defects and Trading Results

Where law grants withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement or refund rights, we honour those requirements. Accepting general terms does not by itself separately waive a statutory withdrawal right. Where valid consent to early digital performance and acknowledgement of losing a withdrawal right are required, they must be obtained separately before delivery. Trading losses, missed personal profit targets or an unsuccessful signal do not alone establish non-delivery; defects and breach remain assessed on the facts and applicable law.

The asset, network, amount and address shown on the specific checkout page are the only payment instructions for that order. Blockchain, platform and ecosystem marks shown in the footer indicate technical ecosystem, compatibility or potential integration only; they do not mean every displayed network is enabled for payment and do not replace checkout instructions.

2. Enabled Networks

Verify checkout before sending. TRC20, ERC20, Aptos and Avalanche C-Chain are different networks. Only the network explicitly enabled on the order may be used.

3. Payment Is Not a Virtual-Asset Trading Service

Accepting USDT as payment for digital services does not itself mean we provide a virtual-asset trading platform, exchange, brokerage, custody, lending, yield or investment service.

4. Finality and Confirmation

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Payment is complete only after our system confirms the correct asset, network, address, amount and required confirmation state.

5. Under/Overpayment

Pay the complete exact amount shown on the checkout page. Underpayments, overpayments and duplicate payments do not activate service automatically and require manual review. You may be asked for the order number, registered email and transaction hash.

6. Public Ledger

Addresses, amounts, timestamps and transaction hashes may remain publicly visible on-chain.

7. Fees and Third Parties

Sender wallet, exchange and network fees are borne by the payer unless checkout states otherwise. Exchange review and network confirmation times are outside our control.

8. Security and Compliance Review

Suspicious, duplicate, potentially fraudulent, stolen-asset or security-risk payments may be paused for manual review where reasonably necessary.

9. Refunds

Digital-asset refunds are also governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Software Fees and Exceptional Payments

Payments cover the software licence and technical services specified in the order, not a stored-value balance, investment account or funds-management service. Confirming, late, duplicate, mismatched or ambiguous payments may require manual review; do not pay again to force activation. Support requires order and transaction information, not private keys or control of your wallet. Check before paying whether the payment method is lawful where you are located.

1. Essential Cookies

Login sessions, admin authentication, security verification and abuse prevention rely on essential cookies or similar technologies.

2. Local Storage

Browser localStorage may store language preferences, an anonymous client identifier and interface settings.

3. Security Services

Security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile may process necessary network/browser signals to detect bots, fraud and abuse.

4. Basic Analytics

We may record page visits, online presence and basic performance/security events for operations, security and troubleshooting. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technology, an appropriate control will be provided before activation.

5. Controls

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Removing essential session data will log you out. Language can be reset through the site menu.

6. Updates

Material changes to cookie practices will be versioned and dated.

7. Available Controls

“Necessary only” and “Allow statistics” are offered in the same settings panel. Before a choice is made, optional pageview and heartbeat analytics do not start and no analytics visitor identifier is created. Change the choice at any time through the Privacy settings in the Legal, Account or Product page footer. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables optional analytics without disabling necessary login and security processing. Deleting the stored preference causes the site to ask again.
